Shipping Information

Synergy are pleased to be able to offer the range of products internationally to practically every country in the world. The delivery time frame does vary for each country. All packages are insured in case of loss and a replacement package can be issues once assessed. General time frames are contained here but allow 1-3 business days for processing of orders due to the high volume of orders.

United States 6-9 business days

Europe 8-10 business days

South East and North Asia 8-11 business days

How much does International Shipping cost?

You can get the exact cost for international shipping at the checkout page by entering your shipping address details. The International Express option is the standard express option.  The International Courier option is a courier service, in most cases it is 2-3 days faster and more reliable.  For countries in Asia and Africa the International Courier option is recommended.  

How can I track my Order?

Once you complete your purchase, generally within 24 hours (depending on current demands) we provide tracking information along with a tracking number. 

We also offer shipping insurance that gives our customers added protection while their order is en-route.  With our secure delivery service and insurance, we ensure guaranteed and safe delivery.

We strive to meet the regulations on dietary supplements for every country. In case of any concern with delivery in your country, we will notify you promptly to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy
 
All cancelled credit card transactions will not be charged. There are no reoccurring payments processed.
 
We do not accept refunds for a change of mind.

Can I take this treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
There is no issue in taking this treatment prior to becoming pregnant. It does not have any effect on the female reproductive system and only boosts a person’s overall health. Once you are pregnant however we suggest you discontinue taking the treatment. While all the ingredients are completely natural, safe and should pose no risk to the foetus there has not been enough research and testing conducted as yet while a woman is pregnant or breastfeeding on the treatment. As such we cannot medically recommend to take the complete treatment in this circumstance.
What is the minimum age for a person to take the treatment?
The minimum recommended age is 9 years old. There has not been sufficient research conducted into the plant based elements on children below this age. For children they may also have trouble with the capsules and if you were to open them and mix them with juice for example the taste is not very palatable.
