We have been investing in products formulated to deliver a more natural approach to health. This has been achieved through comprehensive medical research and clinical studies conducted over several years in order to bring you the very latest developments in health solutions. Synergy has been successful in establishing a medical breakthrough with the herpes simplex virus that is sure to revolutionize how the medical associations approach viral diseases.

The principles set out in this policy, (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Synergy Trust Privacy Policy’) will apply to any personal information collected by Synergy Trust.
The confidentiality of our customers is a top priority at Synergy Trust. Under no circumstances will any of your personal information be shared, sold or given out to a third party.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Avira Scanning.

We do not have a call center facility for inbound and outbound calls. We do however have a dedicated team of customer service staff available to field any email inquiries you may have within 24/48 hours. Complaints received will be taken seriously and the outcome will be relayed to you in a timely manner.
